Darryl Berard, C.E.T, G.S.C

Vice President – Business Development

Darryl joined Westland in 2002 as a Civil Engineering Technologist certified in Design and Construction Technology. His design and AutoCAD experience, along with his easy-going nature and attention to detail, make him an essential member of our management team. As a leader on many major Westland projects, Darryl has a solid understanding of construction from the design to the finished project. He manages the big picture while exemplifying teamwork and tending to the important details so that jobs are done well - on time and on budget.

Darryl has his Gold Seal Certification, exemplifying his years of service and education in construction.

Nik Thorington, Const. Tech.

Preconstruction Manager

Nik joined Westland Construction after completing the Construction Management program at Red River College. In addition to his academic knowledge, Nik brings with him nearly a decade of field experience in multiple facets of the construction industry. This combination gives him a well-rounded understanding of the complete construction process.

Megan Graham, Const. Tech.

Preconstruction Manager

Megan comes to Westland straight from the Construction Management program at Red River College where she proved to be a dedicated and quick learner. Prior to enrolling in the CM program, Megan spent 6 years in multiple trades, where she gained several skill sets and fantastic transferable experience to the industry.
