413 Mulvey Ave E (June 2025)
The Jessie Flood Pumping Station is a key component of Winnipeg's sewage and drainage system. It's designed to pump excess combined sewer overflow (CSO) and wastewater, especially during high river levels or heavy rainfall, into the Assiniboine River. This helps prevent basement flooding and reduces the risk of combined sewer overflows into the river. Westland is responsible to provide all the necessary labor, materials & equipment to complete general demolition & carpentry scopes of works as per the tendered drawings & specifications. This work includes but is not limited to demolition of hatches & louver, concrete restoration, creating new wall openings for the upgraded Mechanical system & supply & installation of new metal siding.

Work of this Contract Comprises the renovation of Red River College (RRC) Polytech located at 2055 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Project is located on the lower Floor of Building E, as is further identified as RRC Polytech Building E EM11A and EM15 Interior Alteration. The Work encompasses the renovation of two existing classrooms, one general classroom and one Deaf Studies Lab and adjacent corridor.
