Garden City Colligiate Home Economics & Food lab Renovation.

The Garden City Collegiate Home Economics & Food Lab renovation transforms traditional learning spaces into modern, functional environments designed for hands-on education and student collaboration. The project includes the complete modernization of a food science laboratory and home economics teaching area, featuring custom millwork, upgraded teaching stations, durable commercial finishes, enhanced lighting, and integrated mechanical and electrical systems. The redesigned spaces support contemporary curriculum requirements while providing a safe, efficient, and engaging learning environment.

U of M Bluetooth Card Access

Removal of existing magnetic stripe card readers and implementation of Bluetooth card access devices throughout the University of Manitoba Administration Building. Scope includes new card readers, access control equipment, select door and frame replacements/modifications, electrical and communications infrastructure, and integration with the existing University card access system. The building remains occupied during construction.

M St. Pauls College Elevator Addition & Washroom Renovation

A major accessibility and modernization project at St. Pauls College, University of Manitoba, featuring a new three-level elevator addition, barrier-free access improvements, and renovated washroom facilities. The project enhances accessibility, life safety, and user experience while complementing the colleges existing architecture through the use of Tyndall stone, weathering steel, and contemporary building systems.

RRCP Innovation Garage & Training Lab

Red River College Polytechnic is transforming existing training spaces at the Notre Dame Campus to create an innovative, flexible research and development environment while relocating the GM Product Training Lab. The project includes the development of a new Innovation Garage and modernization of automotive training facilities, supporting hands-on learning, industry collaboration, and applied research.
