Ste Rose Imaging Room Enhancements

Renovations to the existing X-Ray room at Ste. Rose du Lac. The work includes upgrades to infrastructure, equipment accommodations, and compliance improvements to meet current healthcare standards and operational requirements.
The Forks Market Sharecuterie
Project Start: Winter 2026
This project involves the construction and fit-out of a new food service kiosk. The scope of work includes site preparation, servicing, and interior build-out to support food preparation and retail operations.
Work includes trenching for new plumbing services, installation of required drainage and water connections, and concrete infills to restore finished surfaces. Electrical work will be completed to provide power, lighting, and connections for food service equipment in accordance with applicable codes. Interior millwork will be supplied and installed, including service counters, cabinetry, and integrated storage. Commercial food service equipment will be installed and connected as required for kiosk operations.
U of M Drake Center Seating Alcoves
Project Start: Winter 2026
Work under this contract will take place within the existing hallway alcove areas on the main floor of the U of M Drake Centre. The project scope new millwork, electrical receptacles with associated circuits and AV re-connections. New wall and base finishes are also included for the elevator wall area.
Selkirk Regional Health Center Analyzers Installment

DFS Kaneski Unruh Office Upgrades

DFS Kaneski UnRuh LLP is a law firm located in downtown Winnipeg. WCL has been proudly awarded to manage & coordinate the firms office renovation. Construction will further consist of minor mechanical/electrical upgrades, the addition of two new offices spaces, refresh of the board room & kitchen finishes, millwork & flooring upgrades throughout the office space.
Misericordia Health Center Operating Room Upgrades
Project Start: Spring 2026
The work on this project includes upgrades to the mechanical systems of the fourth floor operating rooms at the Misericordia Hospital. This is a four phase project, consisting of the abatement of existing asbestos containing GWB ceilings for access. The existing fan coil units will be removed and replaced along with the chilled water piping, adding in new shut off and balancing valves on the chilled water mains. New controls will be installed for the fan coils and the system tested and commissioned. The GWB ceilings will be repaired and painted following the completion of the mechanical upgrades. The project is expected to take approximately 16 weeks and will start in April 2026 pending permits and confirmed material deliveries
