Controller

With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Sheena brings a wealth of knowledge in construction operations and project lifecycles. Her commitment to excellence, leadership, and collaborative approach make her an asset and a key member of our management team. As Controller, Sheena oversees the company's finance, accounting, project management status reviews, payroll, and human resources. In her role on the management team, she contributes to the development, review, and approval of company policies and procedures, helping to support the organization's continued growth and success. Her dedication, professionalism, and deep understanding of the business have been instrumental to the company's achievements.

Sheena is actively involved in supporting women and the broader community. She previously served a term on the Board of Directors of Manitoba Women in Construction (MWC), an organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and mentoring women pursuing careers in the construction industry. She currently serves as an officer of the Chapter H Manitoba P.E.O. Foundation, which promotes educational opportunities and provides financial assistance to women. Sheena is also a long serving member and supporter of Royal Canadian Legion, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community service and engagement. Sheena holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba and Business Administration Diploma from Red River College.
