Description

After completing construction on Fools + Horses, a visually striking coffee emporium with ultra-modern lighting and contemporary vibe, the team from Westland Construction moved a few metres away to begin building Passero, a double-duty venue offering a daytime lunch counter and an elegant full-service dinner option.

The new eating establishment was part of a multi-restaurant project that also included Red Ember Common. Due to the detailed design required for the small spaces - Red Ember Common measures 950 sq. ft. and Passero is slightly larger at 1,600 sq. ft., once design was complete, Westland was faced with a tight six weeks to complete the projects.

As Construction Manager, Westland brought Number TEN Architecture's stylish design to life, with a custom-designed ceiling and ribbed wood wall feature. Westland's work on the chic eatery elevates the fresh food emporium to a new level.
