Description

The project is a building addition to accommodate a new 2 level elevator. The project scope includes new construction of a 90 square meter net floor area.

Scope of work to construct a new elevator addition at the building's front entrance/lobby including - demolition and retention of existing exterior walls and the creation of new openings, excavation of the foundation, new framing and envelope for the building addition, elevator and equipment, new interior finishes and all related mechanical and electrical connections and systems.
