Description

The Village Junction is a sparkling and dynamic condominium project in Osborne Village (on Stradbrook near Scott). With remarkable appeal for millennials and boomers alike, the building was entirely pre-sold.

Westland teamed up with Ventura Developments to pack a lot of value into each unit. The 36 units in the building range from 730 to 990 square feet and feature double sinks, nine-foot ceilings and STC 60 sound proofing for privacy.

From the outside, the building can be described as modern and youthful. There are plenty of colours, cantilevered balconies, Hardie board, interesting masonry and a fin that wraps around the building.

Westland would jump at the chance to work with the project team again, due to Prairie Architects' clean, efficient and attractive design, and Ventura's vast construction knowledge and depth as a developer.

According to Tim Comack, Vice President of Development for Ventura, the feeling is mutual. "We're very proud of the team we assembled," said Comack.
