Description

Scope of work comprised the demolition of old entrance and installation of new accessible entrance with new stairs, landing and ramp. Exterior works also included a new concrete planter, gravel pathway and asphalt. On the interior side, an old hallway was converted to an accessible grooming room. Offices layout on the 2nd floor was redesigned with new layout, new M&E to suit, and new finishes. Gymnasium went through some accessible upgrades as well, including installation of double doors, accessible ramps and paint.
