Professional Development Day

Westland office and site teams came together for a Professional Development Day at the Four Points by Sheraton.

The event was incredibly well organized, featuring presentations from Westland staff that walked us through the full lifecycle of a project frompre-construction all the way to closeout. It was a great opportunity to gain insight into the roles and responsibilities of coworkers we may not interact with every day, and it definitely broadened our understanding of how each piece fits into the bigger picture.

The day also included Kahoot quizzes, a session with Bill Gardner from Pitlabo Law, and plenty of games to keep the energy high.

Events like this remind us how valuable it is to learn together, connect across teams, and strengthen the sense of community that makes Westland such a great place to work.
