Abe has been with Westland for 28 years and is the longest running Westland staff member. He officially retired in May 2008 but fortunately agreed to return on a part-time basis as Westland's first-ever General Superintendent. This new position allows Westland the ability to provide assistance to our other Superintendents on site as required. We are thrilled to have Abe "rejoin" the team.

Wayne has been with Westland since March 2007. He came to us as a skilled carpenter and is now the main Superintendent on our healthcare projects. Wayne has a great personality and sense of humour. He always has a friendly smile and is a great co-worker.

Chance started with the company as a laborer and has diligently worked his way through school and the company and is now a Entry Level Site Superintendent. His friendly manner and good workmanship make him another notch of credibility to the Westland Team.

Kirtus has been with Westland since May 2006. He is a Superintendent and is a credible member of our Field Staff. His sense of work ethic and hard working nature make him an asset to the company. Kirtus is also currently completing his Carpentry Apprenticeship Certificate at Red River College.

Rob has been a Superintendent with Westland since June 2003. He is an easy going, friendly individual that gets along with everyone. He does not have a problem being sent out of town for projects and keeps the clients happy. He is also attending the Carpenter Apprenticeship program at Red River College.

Steve has been with Westland since 1992. He is one of our long term superintendents. Steve's talent allows him to work on various projects with ease. Steve has a great knowledge of the construction industry specifically in concrete. He is a gifted superintendent and a major part of the Westland Team.

Mark originally started with Westland in 1985 and went on to obtain his carpentry ticket in 1988. He left Westland for a couple of years to work in BC but fortunately returned in 1992 and has been with the company since then. Mark has been the superintendent for some of Westland's largest projects and his work ethic is a key asset to our company.

Rene joined Westland in May of 2008. He has obtained his Inter-Provincial Journeyman Carpenter Certificate, his Building Construction Technician Certificate and also completed his Supervisor Training Program through Merit Construction Association. Rene is Gold Seal Certified and is currently pursuing his Project Management Certificate. He has been a great asset to the Westland team!

Gerry has been with Westland since 2003. He started out as a labourer and has worked his way to superintendent. Gerry has a great sense of humour and gets along great with all of his coworkers. His strong sense of construction and experience make him an asset to the company.

Randy has been with Westland since May 2008 and brings 40 years of construction experience. Randy is an exceptional superintendent and his professionalism on and off the jobsite are a reflection of his excellent character adding to his easy going nature. He is a strong leader in the field and a great asset to the company.

Art is a Journeyman Carpenter and has been with Westland since the spring of 1999. Soon after he was given the role of superintendent. Art takes pride in his work and finds the redevelopment of obsolete hospital space into state of the art health care facilities particularly satisfying.
