Peter Grose, President/CEO

Pete has been with Westland since 1989. He has worked up through all levels of the organization and has been at Westland's helm since 2000. Pete has been the principle shareholder since 2003. Pete is a lifelong learner. He obtained his BA in 1992 and his CMA designation in 2001. He has developed complete business systems that drive the way the company operates. This ensures Westland is a growing, stable organization that pays attention to our clients' present and future needs.

Darryl Berard, Vice President

Darryl is a civil engineering technologist certified in Design and Construction Technology. He joined Westland in 2002. His design and AutoCAD experience make him an important member of our management team. Darryl has a solid understanding of construction from the design to the finished project. He has the ability to manage the big picture while tending to the important details so that jobs are done well - on time and on budget

Jens Kessling, CFO

Westland Construction places great emphasis on creating an environment of continuous improvement. Assisting in this process, Jens has been instrumental in advancing many of our financial and business systems and continues to look for opportunities for further refinement.

Jens is a member of our TQM (Total Quality Management) Committee as well as our Marketing Committee. He was a leader on the drive to get Westland ISO certified which was achieved in early 2010. Currently he is leading a project to complete an in-house operation manual that will support and accent our internal business model and processes. Jens has over a decade of hands-on involvement in the construction industry and another 15 years of involvement with financial systems, IT and business systems development.
