Sheena has a great understanding of the construction industry and the flow of work. She is able to assist the Project Managers with a multitude of paperwork and is also a current member of our TQM Committee (Total Quality Management). Sheena’s responsibilities include Accounting, Human Resources, Office Management and Administration.

Cindy provides valuable support for our Management Team in everything from assisting with the preparation of proposals to supporting our Project Managers - ensuring a smooth flow throughout the completion of our projects. Cindy is also a member of our Marketing Committee. Cindy is responsible for our Accounts Receivable and with the general flow of administration and marketing.

Sue is an enthusiastic asset to the Westland Administration team. In addition to being the Safety Administrator, Sue assists the Project Mangers in various tasks such as beginning and setting up new projects, as well as helping to ensure that all projects run a smooth course throughout their duration. Sue is also a key member of ensuring the company tools and equipment are tracked and kept safely and in good working condition.

Tanis is the voice of Westland Construction. She is the first point of contact to our clients and subcontractors. Her friendly manner makes dealing with Westland a pleasure. Tanis also provides support to our Management Team as well as the administrative staff.

Bert joined Westland in 2000. He is responsible for reinforcing our reputation for quality and safety. Bert brings decades of expertise and practical knowledge to his responsibilities in purchasing and safety. Bert was instrumental in obtaining our COR Certification of Recognition - a nationally recognized safety standard. He continues to monitor and improve Westland's Safety Program - ensuring that our staff are trained in safe work practices.
