2nd Annual Wellness Week

Last week was our 2nd annual Wellness Week to promote healthy living and wellness for all staff members. Some of the daily activities included writing down things we are thankful for, bringing lunch for others, taking group pictures and counting our steps. Here's a few pictures of our friendly faces!

Our objective was to promote healthy living and wellness for all staff members.

Physical - active living, not stationary for long periods of time, breaks (lunch), promoting walking the dog, outside of work

Mental - feeling well, positivity, doing random acts of kindness, deciding who is in control of actions and emotions

Team Building - working together, respect in the workplace and each other
